I needed a piece of equipment moved. Todd the driver was safe and efficient in transporting a backhoe I had purchased through an auction. He was knowledgeable on the securement of my equipment.Todd was on time, which was important since I was coordinating property access with a 3 party with site access restrictions. Derek coordinated the haul and was great to work with.. I definitely recommend Quality Towing.

I was towing our 5th wheel and had the axle bearing on the trailer heat up and self destruct on Snoqualmie Pass. I spoke with Dan who gave me straight answers and pricing. They were the only shop prepared to haul a 5th wheel on a trailer. He also told me what he would do if faced with the same situation I was in. As a result I used his suggestion and was able to drive myself to Le Schwab with the trailer. It's not very often you find a shop willing to giving a solution free of charge. I highly recommend working with them if you need assistance.

I have had the pleasure of working with the Quality Towing team for over 15 years. They are nothing short of outstanding, with professional drivers and great customer service. They consistently meet their commitments and have always been fair and professional. I have their phone number permanently memorized and when I needed service last weekend, the choice on who to call was simple. These guys are the best.

Tire blew out on the freeway at midnight. Called Quality Towing and Rhonda was helpful on the phone. Jeff the tow driver showed within 20 minutes and things went smoothly. Fair prices for towing services. My car was dropped off at discount tires and jeff even dropped the keys off at the place the next morning. Overall great service and highly reccommended. I would guess it was a busy time for them, it was nasty in out...rain, melting snow, bad traffic...during bad weather and all, they came right to me, I recommend them 100%.

I needed to have somebody move my 40 foot container from my old house to my new house I called up Quality towing they sent a gentleman out he made the job look pretty easy even though it wasn't getting it out of the old house was super tight and getting it up to the new house was super tight good thing he had that trailer where he could move his axles forward and backwards to get around the 90° corners highly recommend

Quality towing saved me yesterday. Roadside assistance from insurance company said it could take 4 hours to get a truck out, Quality Towing was on scene in 20 minutes. The dispatcher and the person that showed up to do the job were friendly and super helpful. I hope I don't a future tow, but if I do, I will start with these guys. Thanks!

These guys did a great job for me! I had a flat and needed the donut installed at Carillon point. Shelly picked up the phone immediately, scheduled everything and let me know when I can expect them. When their truck was 5 minutes away, they gave me a call so that I can come out instead of stand in the pouring rain. The person was there on time, was friendly and changed the car tire for me. Charged my credit card. Everything went great! I highly recommend them.

This is my first time I had to get a vehicle towed. Everyone who picked up the phone were so friendly and helpful. I felt so lost and didn't know how to handle the situation. Shelly in particular was super helpful and so nice. She listened to me and made me feel that I wasn't alone with my car problem. I am so thankful they were the company that helped me with the car.

Great experience. Needed to get a car towed from Bellevue to Kirkland. Called and talked with a very friendly receptionist. Set up a time to have the car picked up and delivered to my house later that day. The driver called to let me know that he had the car and was on his way. When the driver arrived, he was on time, very pleasant and friendly. Cost was reasonable and cheaper than some of the other towing companies. If I ever need a tow again, Quality Towing will be the first one I'll call.

This company is wonderful. And Bailey the tow truck driver was very efficient & professional. We have roadside assistance from two major players. Neither could get a tow truck for our Class A motorhome inside of 48 hours. Mark from Quality to the rescue. He promised late afternoon or evening & we got the call that they were coming that same morning. Any of you who have a motorhome understands how you feel when you're broken down. The relief when we got Mark's call made our day.

My friend was seriously injured in a car accident and the police had Quality Towing tow his vehicle to their lot. Everyone - from front office to the tow drivers - went out of their way to help me. Mark even intervened with the AAA dispatcher when she said they couldn't send someone out to tow the truck back to my friend's home. When I was incredibly stressed about my friend's condition, dealing with a confused dispatcher was beyond me. Mark and crew aren't with AAA so they didn't benefit from this - they helped me because that's how they run their business. Thank you!
